On Saturday May 4th , 2024, foundation president Michelle Bronchuk and board member Jerilyn Spokis set up a water safety table at Bass Pro Shop in Hooksett, NH. Since “WEAR YOUR LIFE PRESERVER TO WORK” day is Friday May 17th and May 18th (Alec’s birthday)- May 24th is “NATIONAL SAFE BOATING WEEK” we decided to get a jump on WATER/ BOATING SAFETY.
We set up a table with MANY brochures from safety tips for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking etc. to Coast Guard guides, ALL information to keep you, your family, and especially kids/ young adults safe while boating and while on the water. We also had some free gifts floating key chains, first aid kits and waterproof bags to keep your items dry for any who wanted/ needed them. We also had a bowl of candy because I MEAN WHO DOESN’T LOVE FREE CANDY.
We met with a lot of customers as well as employees. We discussed NSBC Boating Safety Council, Waves of Hope, and The Alec Bronchuk Memorial Foundation. While talking about what each council does, we also discussed how we lost Alec, how quickly it can happen, and that you can be the most skilled with outdoor activities, swimming, etc. it doesn’t matter. If you don’t wear your life preserver and utilize all safety tools/ tips, you too can lose your life.
We want to send a HUGE THANK YOU TO NSBC for providing all the materials and swag the customer loved and appreciated. Below we have provided the link to the NSBC as well as “Wear Your Life Preserver to Work” day.
We plan to visit more Bass pro shops during times when they are having blockbuster sales as well as other boating/ water stores to reach as many people as possible. The more information people have the more they will do to ensure safety for ALL.

The official release dates are set for Alec Bronchuk's "Bron" debut album, The Tales of Hazimen!! First, we want to thank everyone for patiently waiting and allowing us ample time to put forth our greatest efforts creating this album. YOU'RE ALL AMAZING! Second, a special and well deserved recognition to Nick Korianski "K.O.V". Nick dedicated a tremendous amount of his time into each and every song, and this wouldn't be where it is now without him. We are forever grateful for you Nick, thank you for being you, and thank you for continuing to be such an amazing friend to Alec!
